1. What the service does

KoReach AI measures how your business appears when customers ask AI services a question, has a person review those results, and reports on them. We measure ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity answers today.

2. What we do not promise

AI answers can differ for the same question depending on when and how it is asked. KoReach AI does not guarantee any ranking or placement, that your business will be mentioned, that it will be recommended, or any increase in revenue, enquiries or visitors.

A measurement is a record of one moment. It does not predict or promise future results.

3. Sample screens and demo data

Example screens, figures and business names shown on this website are fictional illustrations. They are not a real client's results and do not represent any particular business's performance.

4. Your responsibilities

The business details you submit must be accurate, and you must be entitled to provide them. Do not submit another business's details without their permission.

5. Prohibited use

Do not submit the form by automated means, interfere with the service, or attempt to obtain other users' information. Such requests may be blocked.

6. Limitation of liability

We carry out measurement and review carefully, but we are not responsible for decisions you make based on the results. To the extent the law allows, our liability will not exceed the amount actually paid for the service in question.

7. Fees, billing, cancellation and refunds

• Fees: the monthly fee shown on our pricing or in your proposal. Payments are processed by Stripe and billed automatically each month on the date you signed up. KoReach never stores your card details.
• Cancellation: cancel anytime from the subscription page or by emailing ibigmedia@gmail.com. The service continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
• Refunds: fees for a billing period that has already started are not refunded pro rata. Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full. Where the law requires otherwise, the law applies.
• Plan changes: when you change plans, the difference is prorated.
• Discounts: time-limited discounts, such as the founding offer, end on schedule and the regular price applies after that.
• Price changes: we will email you at least 30 days before changing your price.
• Failed payments: if a payment fails, Stripe retries it automatically; if it keeps failing, the service may be paused.
• Taxes: sales tax may apply where the law requires it.

8. Changes

If these terms change, the last-updated date on this page changes with them. We will email clients under contract about significant changes.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. The venue and dispute-resolution clauses need legal review.
