로그인할 때는 로그인 방법에 따라 다음을 받습니다.
비밀번호는 받지 않으며, 구글·카카오의 다른 정보(연락처, 친구 목록 등)에는 접근하지 않습니다.
KoReach AI는 구글 계정 로그인을 제공합니다. 구글 로그인을 선택한 경우에만 아래 내용이 적용됩니다.
구글에서 받은 정보는 광고, 마케팅, 판매 목적으로 사용하지 않으며, AI 모델 학습에도 사용하지 않습니다.
로그인 계정 정보로 Supabase(미국 소재 클라우드, 미국 동부 리전)에 저장합니다. 브라우저와 서버 사이, 서버와 처리업체 사이의 전송 구간은 모두 암호화(HTTPS/TLS)됩니다.
구글에서 받은 정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 공유하지 않습니다. 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위에서만 다음 처리업체가 처리합니다: Supabase(계정 저장), Vercel(웹사이트 호스팅), Resend(안내 메일 발송), Stripe(결제·구독 처리).

반복 제출을 막기 위해 접속 주소를 사용하지만, 주소 자체를 저장하거나 기록에 남기지 않습니다. 서버에만 보관되는 비밀 값을 섞어 되돌릴 수 없는 형태(HMAC-SHA256)로 변환한 뒤 그 결과만 저장합니다. 이 값으로는 접속 주소를 복원할 수 없습니다.
신청 내용은 수집일로부터 12개월 보관 후 자동 삭제됩니다. 삭제는 신청이 접수될 때마다, 그리고 하루 한 번 예약 작업으로 실행됩니다.
12개월 이전이라도 삭제를 원하시면 아래 이메일로 요청해 주세요. 확인 후 삭제하고 회신드립니다.
신청 내용은 로그인한 KoReach 운영자만 열람할 수 있습니다. 공개 웹사이트나 로그인하지 않은 방문자에게는 어떤 형태로도 노출되지 않습니다. 운영자도 수정하거나 개별 삭제할 수 없으며, 삭제는 위 보관 기간 정책에 따른 자동 삭제와 요청에 따른 처리로만 이루어집니다.
위 업체 외에 신청 내용을 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 광고 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.
AI 검색 가시성 측정은 공개된 AI 서비스에 질문을 보내고 그 답변을 기록하는 방식입니다. 이 과정에서 고객의 개인정보를 AI 서비스에 전달하지 않습니다.

When you submit the scan request form we collect your business name, category, city and state, website (optional), email address, your consent to be contacted, and your language setting. Each is used to answer your request and to prepare a diagnostic.
When you sign in, we receive the following, depending on how you sign in:
We never receive a password, and we do not access anything else in your Google or Kakao account (such as contacts or friends).
KoReach AI offers sign-in with a Google account. This section applies only if you choose to sign in with Google.
We do not use information from Google for advertising, marketing or sale, and we do not use it to train AI models.
It is stored as your sign-in account in Supabase (a cloud provider located in the United States, US East region). Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) between your browser and our servers and between our servers and our processors.
We do not sell or share information received from Google with third parties. Only the following processors handle it, and only as needed to run the service: Supabase (account storage), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (service email delivery), Stripe (payments and subscriptions).

We use the connecting address to limit repeat submissions, but we never store or log the address itself. It is combined with a secret held only on our server and turned into an irreversible value (HMAC-SHA256); only that value is stored. The address cannot be recovered from it.
Requests are kept for twelve months from submission and then deleted automatically. Deletion runs whenever a new request arrives and once a day on a schedule.
To have your request deleted sooner, email us and we will remove it and confirm.
Only signed-in KoReach operators can read submitted requests. They are never shown on the public site or to a visitor who is not signed in. Operators cannot edit or individually delete them; removal happens through the retention policy above or on request.
We do not sell or share requests with anyone else, and we do not use them for advertising.
AI visibility measurement sends questions to public AI services and records their answers. Your personal details are not passed to those services.
